QRS Pianomation Installations
Pianomation is automated hardware outfitted to your piano that enables the piano to play original recorded music, including the accompanying instruments & vocals, just as if a pianist was playing your very own piano in a band or orchestra.
Action Regulating and Re-voicing
Your piano's "action" is the complete mechanical assembly of various parts, which cause the hammer to strike the piano strings when you depress a key. This mechanism also dampens the sound when the key is released. We regulate all our pianos before we sell them. Periodic regulation of the action will help to maintain your piano in its best condition.
The tone of your piano is directly related to the quality and condition of its hammers. Depending on use, your instrument may need to be re-voiced (reshaping of hammer felts) every two to four years. Action regulating and re-voicing are part of normal maintenance, and are not covered by your piano's warranty.
Tuning
The first tuning your instrument receives will allow the technician to assess when the next tuning should be scheduled. At least once a year arrange to have our technician tune your piano. Instruments tuned as recommended usually remain trouble-free for years
